Founder and Chairman
Started the company in 1982 from STD Bus design work in industrial electronics and petroleum. Still the through-line for temperature-rated industrial boards and the culture that kept people on the bench.
Early growth and operations
Joined in the first expansion years and helped turn a specialist STD Bus shop into a standing embedded-computer business.
Early growth and programs
Came aboard during the early growth of the company, with a long record delivering complex technology into commercial and defense programs.
Chief Executive Officer
Owns strategy, the product calendar, and customer satisfaction as markets and silicon change. The job is growing the catalog without breaking the life-cycle promise.
Design engineering
Liaison between schematic, thermal, and the floor. Product development reviews only close when manufacturing can actually build the drawing.
Manufacturing
SMT, process, and box-build in Grand Prairie. Aligns engineering releases with the line so a new SKU is a traveler, not a surprise.
