The website is a catalog, not a contract for silicon.

By using winsytsem.org you agree to read it as information, not as an offer until we say it is. Specifications change. SKUs go last-time-buy. Pictures of boards (including the schematic-style marks on this site) are illustrative.

You may not scrape the site in a way that degrades it, impersonate WINSYTSEM, or reuse our text and marks as if they were yours. Quotes, POs, and NDA paper sit outside these terms.

Content is provided as-is. We work to keep it true; we do not warrant that a webpage is the controlled drawing. If it matters, ask for the PDF with a revision in the footer.

Governing law for website disputes: State of Texas, United States, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
