Product life
Industrial SKUs are selected for long availability. “Long” is not infinite. When silicon or a connector is scheduled to sunset, we publish a last-time-buy window and, where we can, a form-fit successor. We will not pretend a consumer chipset is a ten-year story.
Customer notice
Revision changes that touch form, fit, function, firmware identity, or a compliance declaration get a notice to the accounts who bought that SKU. Cosmetic silk changes do not. If you need every date-code ping, say so on the PO and we will treat it as a controlled baseline.
