Kiln 480, a sealed PC for unattended posts
A fanless industrial computer aimed at vehicles, kiosks, and cabinets that will not be opened until the next service year.
4 February 2026
Kiln 480 is the box we wished we could point to on a dozen mobile RFQs last year. Wide DC, ignition-sense option, radio bays that do not punch a hole in the thermal plan.
It is deliberately boring to look at. The interesting parts are the power sequencing, the watchdog story, and the fact that the I/O plate matches drawings we will still honor in a decade.
